The deal between your business and Pulse, in plain English: what Pulse does for you, what it will never do without you, and what we each promise.
These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you represent) and KJBSV Limited, trading as Pulse (company number [company number], registered office [registered office address]). By tapping "Send code" or using Pulse, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Pulse is for business use. You must be 18 or over, and have the authority to connect your business's accounts and accept these terms for it.
Pulse is in an early pilot with a small group of businesses. Features will change, some things won't work perfectly, and we may limit who can join (for example, through a waitlist or invite links). We'll tell you on WhatsApp about changes that affect you. [Add pilot pricing or "free during pilot" terms here.]
When you connect a service (like Shopify, WhatsApp Business or Gmail), you allow Pulse to read the data described in our Privacy Policy, using that service's official sign-in. Access is read-only unless you give a separate, specific permission — for example, to send replies you've approved, or to create payment links. You can disconnect any service at any time.
Connected services are run by other companies under their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages, changes or errors, but we'll tell you if something stops Pulse working.
Pulse's briefs, figures and suggestions are based on the data it can see and on estimates — for example, "worth up to AED 900" or "likely to work". They can be wrong, especially where data is missing. Pulse isn't financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. You decide what to do, and you're responsible for the decisions and messages you approve.
AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes. Please read each draft before approving it.
Don't use Pulse to: send spam or unwanted marketing; sell anything illegal or anything WhatsApp's Commerce Policy prohibits; mislead or harass anyone; break the law; or try to access data or systems you're not allowed to. We may suspend Pulse if we reasonably believe it's being misused, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.
[Pilot: free / discounted price and duration.] After the pilot, paid plans are billed [monthly/annually] in advance through [payment provider]. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We'll give you at least [30] days' notice before changing your price.
Your business data stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve Pulse for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. For your customers' personal information, our [Data Processing Agreement] applies and forms part of these terms. When you leave, we delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes; ask us first if you'd like an export.
We own Pulse — its software, design and name. You may use it for your business while these terms are in place. Please don't copy it, resell it or try to reverse-engineer it. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Pulse without owing you anything for it.
We'll provide Pulse with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, Pulse is provided "as is" during the pilot.
We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost revenue, or for decisions you make or messages you approve based on Pulse's suggestions. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and [£100]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. [Lawyer to review this section.]
You can stop using Pulse and close your account at any time — message Pulse "close my account" or email us. We can end these terms with [30] days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break them. When the agreement ends, Pulse disconnects your services and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you on WhatsApp at least [14] days before the change takes effect. If you keep using Pulse after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — without taking away any rights you have under the laws of the country where your business is based. [Lawyer to confirm for UAE and India customers.]
